Sea Bass with Balsamic Glaze
A purchased balsamic glaze makes it easy to add flavor to this dish without added salt. It is quick to make and can be used for sea bass or other whitefish.

Ingredients
- 2 filets of sea bass or other whitefish
- 1/2 cup sliced onion (cut into pieces)
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 to 2 teaspoons balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons basil
Instructions
- Cook onion in oil over medium high heat until it starts to brown. Turn heat to medium and cook until onion starts to soften (like al dente for pasta). Remove onion from the pan.

- Add more oil to the pan. Sprinkle fish with pepper and place fish in the pan. Fry until the fish is cooked, turning once.

- Place fish on the plate and top with onion. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with basil.
