Cilantro Lime Rice

Rice seasoned with lime and cilantro. This rice dish is perfect when you want something easy to make that both is tasty and lets the main dish shine.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 heaping tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/16 to 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and toss gently with a fork until mixed.
  • Serve on a plate with the main course or in a dish on the side.

Notes

Start with 1/16 teaspoon of salt, and after tasting, add more if you like.
