With little muss and little fuss, you can enjoy granola sweetened with 100% real maple syrup, resulting in a flavorful granola with no added refined sugar. The nuts and seeds provide additional nutrition.

The Maple Granola recipe attached to this post is one of my favorite recipes. I like to keep some on hand for a convenient and nutritious breakfast. When my day will involve a big bike ride, this granola is part of my favorite pre-ride breakfast, and I don’t hesitate to pack some in my suitcase when the ride is away from home. This granola also makes a great gift.
One of the traditional ways to enjoy granola is as a parfait with yogurt. This photo shows Maple Granola, plain Greek yogurt and cherry rhubarb preserves.

Also try this granola as part of a Breakfast Banana Split (recipe attached to this post). Granola makes a great base for a banana split and also works well as a topping to sprinkle over the fruit.
