It’s easy to fall into the routine of always using the same ingredients when cooking. I did not grow up eating mangos, and they were not on my list of usual groceries. That has changed. Mangos are sweet, delicious and full of health benefits. They are great as a snack on their own or as part of a fruit side dish or snack. When you have a bit more time, I recommend trying the Mango-Lime Salsa that is part of both of the attached recipes.
